Possible Christenings for two of the children,

Charles Williams 3 August 1838 Guildsfield, Welshpool, Montgomeryshire &

John 15 April 1840 Trefnantfechan, Welshpool, Montgomeryshire.
Mother & Father William & Catherine Williams of Trelydan, Father's occupation Labourer.

1851 Census John Williams age 11 born 1840 Guilsfield, Montgomeryshire.
Farm Servant for Edward Robarts  born 1802 Myfod of Broniarth New House.

Does it give a date of birth for  John on his baptism record?

Guilsfield is one the Civil Parishes in the registration district of Montgomery

Maybe a possibility there's this 1840 March quarter birth registration on GRO indexes -
I haven't found a match for his brother Charles though ???

John WILLIAMS mmn DAVIES
1840  M Quarter in OF MONTGOMERY IN THE COUNTIES OF MONTGOMERY AND SA  Volume 27 Page 103
