Symcock/Garnett mystery

Can I please have some lookup help trying to find what became of one or both of these ancestors -
Thomas Symcock and Lucy Garnett, both born c1791-3.  They married in 1815. 
Their first 2 children died as infants - Lucy b&d 1816, William b&d 1817.  To my knowledge the only other child born and lived, was William 1818-1874 (my ancestor).
Thomas was a rope maker in Nantwich (as was his father William).

I've exhausted my expertise searching for deaths pre 1838 as well as new marriages for either.  Even post 1838 I've had no joy.

Any thoughts please would be appreciated.

Just mentioning that your William bapt 1818 was lodging in Beam Street, Nantwich in 1841
HO107/117 bk4 f13 p20

In 1851 he is still in Beam Street, Nantwich and married to Ann (nee Moulton) with children Thomas 4 & Elizabeth 2 -all born Nantwich

What information did Williams marriage certificate give about his father and who were the witnesses

Wm and Ann Moulton married in 1846.  Witnesses:  James Pick and Clare Lockitt.
There was no mention that his father Thomas was deceased.
Ann Moulton died in 1856 and Wm remarried Ann Tomlinson, widow, in 1858.
Wm died in 1874 in Stockport.
I don't have his marriage cert to his second wife. 

(Some birth certs I have purchased from Wm's daughter, have recorded the spelling as Simcox).

There is this death.  Bit old, but I could imagine an x looking like an e

I'm comfortable with surname variations and 5 years either side of believed age but I don't think the age is close enough to feel it a match. 

I feel Thomas and Jane probably remained in the area, or at least Cheshire, but I can't find a suitable match in England!! 

I appreciate you all giving a hand with this.  It's tough to let it drop after spending a lot of time on a brick wall!!

Thomas Simcoe was buried in Wybunbury 18th August 1859. The burial entry (image on FindMyPast) states he was from Stapeley. Both places are only a few miles from Nantwich.

this record says aged 11 ?? and William was born 1821 ?
