area up until the 1911 census and then according to family stories they and their children headed to

Canada but where ?

Informant Mrs D Turnbull.  Died 16 Feb 1923. Rubber Worker.  Date of burial 23 Feb 1923 
Cause of death Arterio Sclerosis Hemiplegia.

Mary Aikten Turnbull  - 8 July 1852 Auchteraeder, Scotland - died 8 March 1937 Wentworth, Ontario.
Father John and mother Mary Turnbull. Person giving the information was Christine Ferguson 79 Bayfield Avenue (daughter)    Burial Hamilton Cemetery. 10 March 1937.

parents - David Turnball - Mother Mary Smeaton Aitken.

Couple appear with one son on the 1921 census 20 Hampton Avenue Wentworth Hamilton Ontario.
