Not sure about the first word but I think it's a Revercon (reversion) that he purchased. "my freinds trusted to convey" cb

I think the first word is Cruxton - is that a place-name?. Reversion is correct with contraction marks 'revercon' as Clayton says.
The final words are 'trusted to convey'

I'd also say it's 'Cruxton' - certainly sounds like the name of a place.
What county are we in Designer Jeans?

Just to say that all the expert advice in paleography and transcribing old documents is to 'write what you see' - so you should really be transcribing it just as it's written with all the original spellings. If you want to make a 'modernised' version as well of course you could that too.

So you'd write 'reversion' as 'Rev(er)con' for example.
