Finding WW2 Navy Records.

Hi All.
I have been trying to locate my Grandfathers WW2 Navy Records.
I have looked on Majority of the Genes Sites with out success.
Can you pleas put me in the correct Direction.

Any records relating to WW2 are still with the MOD.
They are not online!

There is a fee of £30, and you will need to provide a death certificate.
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

Thanks for the info, Very Helpful.
I have 1 problem, The Family do not Know My Granfathers Service Number or his National Insurance number.
These bits of info are required for the Search to be carried out.
How can i find that info.
Please assist if Possible.

Please read the forms carefully .
You can supply his date of birth, OR you can supply his Service No.

I have applied for Navy records without a service No.
