Ive traced Caroline through the newpapers, her husband was sent to gaol for a week, I'm not sure why.  After that their fortunes changed,  he sold all the household effects and his equipment.  They eventually ended up as lodgers, Caroline died there and was  buried with 2 unrelated infants, 2 men who died in the  workhouse and 1 other. What a sad end  for a "gentlewoman"
Ive not been able to trace Margaret J.
Thanks for your help.
