I just thought Iíd add a thought to this thread as I have a cousin who was born in West Ealing, which was in Middlesex at the time, itís now in West London. My cousinís father was John Beattie, he died several years ago and I think he came from Cavan or perhaps Leitrim which is close by to Cavan.
Donít know if there is any link to the information already here but I thought Iíd throw it in the arena.

Does anyone know if there is an Irish version of 192.com? I was just thinking of maybe searching the electoral rolls if poss to see if anyone else lived with Mary who may have been a relative with a different name that I can link up?
