John Wright in the Buckinghamshire Militia

I am trying to determine whether my ancestor John Wright, who served in the 1st Battalion of the 14th Regiment of Foot from October 1813 to July 1820 was recruited from the Buckinghamshire Militia, and served previously in that Militia. Also, another John Wright, from Wendover, who may have been John's father, served in the 2nd Battalion of the 14th Foot, having transferred from the Bucks Militia in 1809, and I am trying to find out more about his service in that Militia. Finally, did the Bucks Militia serve in Dublin in Ireland in 1790? Can anyone help with any of this?
