Gembrook crown allotment 59 1896

Good afternoon fellow researchers
I am searching for a map which would indicate the location of the property owned/leased by Joseph O'Brien with a house and 27/29 acres as part of Crown Allotment 59 in the Parish of Gembrook, Victoria from 1896.  After his death in 1901, the rates on this property were transferred to the name of his wife, Jane O'Brien.  Her name disappears from the local rate book records after 1905.  Jane moves to live in New Zealand so she must have sold the property. 

A long time ago I located a map of the area and a possible location of the Allotment however can no longer find this in my research.  The name T Kirkham is in my mind and I am not sure if the Allotment was purchased from him or sold to him.  Or if I am totally wrong about any connection.

Also is there anywhere I can find out what Joseph did on the allotment,  his death cert in Dec 1090 records him as a farmer, but I am wondering if this is stock or perhaps strawberries?

Many thanks for all your help.  I have located a map and have been able to pinpoint the location of  Allotment 59.  I did think they owned the property but it now looks like it may have been leased for a time by the Kirkham family.  I have just had some fun looking on modern day maps and looking at the area
