What records do you have for Michael - census, marriage etc?

I can see a baptism for Michael Rossiter, 1801, Avoca, Wicklow with parents George and Mary.

Is this the one you have?

I see you have posted this on the Dublin board too.

I will post the above there also but it is best to stay with one. The baptism isn’t Dublin though  :-\

As you have mentioned Shrewsbury elsewhere, is this your family?

1871 2776/59/13

Michael Roster, 45 yrs b County Wexford
Bridget Roster 40yrs b Tipperary
With children living in Shrewsbury including stepson John Brace

Is Michael’s father noted as Michael on the marriage record?

Hi Again
I started the search with Thomas Roster missing in action 1942 my grandfather - memorial in uk
Have traced back that way - info I have got from findmypast - so with ages of children the search matchs
Yes correct with the info you have shown hopefully and I am a Roster

Hi
Again

I have a Michael Rossiter 1800  - wife Sarah Rossiter 1801 parish St michael Exchange street dublin

Rosters at the time were mainly in actham/Drayton area of shropshire - the family seemed to have ended up in this area in the latter years Bridget with 2 daughters the others married etc or 1st War casualties

its quite a difficult one due to the name Roster / Rossiter morphing if this is correct

Any help is much appreciated

Cheers Neil

Where do you have Michael b 1801 with wife Sarah?

Is Michael married to Bridget Brace not your family then?
