Charity Ann Haynes

I'm looking in to the life of Charity Ann Haynes (my 4x Gt Grandmother) in 1862 she was arrested for stealing from Sotham workhouse. One thing I don't know is if she went to jail, and I wondered if anyone would know how I can find this out.

She received 2 months imprisonment for two charges.
There is a very detailed write up in the newspaper

Charity Ann HAYNES also charged Samuel SHELTON with disobedience of a bastardy order (from June 1863) and he was sentenced to two months imprisonment.

She charged him at least three times and then in 1876 she married him. I think he is the father of Emily Maria who is my Gt Gt Grandmother.
