I looked at Genuki and it appears that not all the non conformist records are available. It lists non conformist churches and chapels in Wellington as follows:

Wellington Baptist Church
Wellington Methodist Church
Chapel, Wellington
Congregational Chapel, Wellington
Millway Evangelical Church, Wellington.

It states that, "David Cheek has transcribed some of the records from Wellington Baptist Church, Wellington Presbyterian Independent church, Wellington Methodist Church and Wellington Parish church".

From that I conclude that not all the records were transcribed and some of the non conformist chapels were not transcribed at all. It is possible that the records didn't survive for all of these. I have found that to be typical for the non conformist chapels etc in general.
