As the births found in the Civil Registration for Noblett mother Moore all took place in the townland of Ballythomas I would expect the earlier birth's to have taken place in the same place.
Ballythomas is in the Civil Parish of Kilpipe, Church of Ireland parishes are usually but not always the same as the Civil Parish.

Here https://www.ireland.anglican.org/cmsfiles/pdf/AboutUs/library/registers/ParishRegisters/PARISHREGISTERS.pdf
You will see on page 67 where Kilpipe parish registers are held, they are coded yellow which you can check at the beginning of the list.
Kilenor may be an alternate name as next to it is  "see Kilpipe."
The good news is the registers survived, so many were lost.

Anna Maria's age isn't consistent between the two census so it is possible she is the female born 1866
Her second marriage

The male born in 1865 is likely to be Francis.

Hey all

I am new to this website and did a general search for our family surname 'Noblett'. This thread is the number one result. The William Noblett you mention shows on my family tree. He would be my 4x great uncle. William's brother Thomas Edward is my branch of the tree.

I sadly don't have much information on William. If you have an interest in seeing my family tree let me know. I currently only have it on Ancestry.com but can export it if needed.
