Where is Lisalbana, Magherafelt?

Came across the place place name Lisalbana in 3 separate 1st Magherafelt Presbyterian baptism records from the 1820s/30s on RootsIreland.

I have no idea where this place is as it's not listed as a townland on https://www.townlands.ie/londonderry/magherafelt/ and Google doesn't turn up much either.

I did find another 2 references;

a Soldier listed from Lisalbana, Magherafelt who died in WW1 https://eddiesextracts.com/rohpci/rohmagherafeltunionrd.html

a 1950 marriage indexed on British Newspaper Archive "Mr James Paul. son of Mr. and Mrs. Lennox Paul, of Lisalbana. Magherafelt"

Anyone have any idea where this place is?
