Edit to add:
Richard GAUNT died intestate so there is no actual will, just a grant of administration to his widow Margaret GAUNT (now Mrs HEALY is added to the record) and daughter Lydia - as already mentioned by wivenhoe. The record does have a short inventory of his property.  The grant of administration is dated 1 February, 1876 so some 2 years 4 months after his death.

I notice that Victorian BMD site has a 'special' of $20 (saves $4.50) for downloads, I think till end of May.
