Joseph Lewis Clare born ca 1780 and ancestors.

I am seeking more information about the Clare family who lived in Somerset, the oldest person that I have found to date is Joseph Lewis Clare born ca 1780.
24 Dec 1804 he married Hannah Redgen who died Nov 1807 after giving birth to a son Joseph John Clare.
He then married Hyset Denner 8 May 1808 in Walcot Bath and became 6 children before he died in 1841.

I am still seeking the parents and family of Joseph Lewis Clare if possible.

In the 1841 census, Joseph, living in Walcot , is recorded as not being born in Somerset -in 1781.

There is a Joseph Clare baptised in Bridport, Dorset on 19 July 1780-a Non-conformist baptism- son of Joseph and Mary.
Joseph Snr marries Mary Forsey 10 Oct 1774 at Bridport

 Alternatively , there is a Joseph Clare bapt. 21 Sept 1778 at St Mary the Virgin, Stoke Abbas, Dorset("base born")-mother is Charity Clare.
