You really need to tell us what information you are after on this couple to save us spending time looking for what you already know

In what context have you found his name, occupation and location? Do you have any other clue to his identity! We really need something more to work on. A quick look reveals many potential Samuel Brooks, mostly associated with Yorkshire.
( Written before I saw Rosie's comments but posted to reinforce her point)

Information from another post:

'Edward Garland (b 1824 Derbyshire Eng., d 1898 NZ) married,Manchester Cathedial (1853). Ann Brook (b 1829 Huddersfield,Yorkshire,Eng., d 1908 NZ) They arrived in New Zealand 1854. Ann's father Samuel Brook,clother of Deansgate,Manchester. Ann's mother Ann(Cliff) born 1799,Deansgate, Manchester.'

Have you found Samuel, Ann and Ann in 1841 or 1851 census?

If she was born in Huddersfield why should she marry in Manchester?

Any censuses that you have found them in?

The 1853 marriage for Ann Brook has Samuel Brook as a Clothier, a Samuel Brook is one of the witnesses.

Presumably this is the Huddersfield baptism that is mentioned
Ann Brook
Baptism    19 Apr 1829
St Peter, Huddersfield
Father Samuel
Mother Ann
Father's occupation   Cloth Dresser
Address   Cowcliff
