Caroline - is there a reason why you can't share the recipe here on the thread?  It sounds very interesting.

Possibly page 64 in the May edition Good Food Magazine.   I can view this magazine through RB Digital via my library  :)

No There's no reason at all... it's from this months Good Food magazine but was very tasty and quick and easy to do... so yes I will put it on here then... just cooking tonight dinner though... beef stroganoff with rice...

It's from May mag Pesto Salmon with bean gratins... don't know how to actually put a link on here but perhaps you do!
