Hello

I'm just wondering if anyone has received any pdfs back recently? I know the GRO has other priorities at the moment; I'm just curious about timescales.

I received a pdf just five days ago that was ordered on 26 Mar. It was a pleasant surprise because I thought it would at least another month before I saw it.

13th May 2020

Today I received a paper copy of a marriage cert ordered 26th March which was originally due for despatch 1st April.

My order was updated as despatched on the 6th May.

A business colleague has resorted to ordering certificates on the priority service, so far these are leaving the GRO within 2 or 3 days.

I ordered a marriage on the same day as you and got the same estimated despatch date, I have just checked and it says it was despatched today.

Oh, good. Some progress for people. (I realise I put six months in my previous post - that would be frustrating!).
