Help needed re Oliver Jones

Been looking through the bible, not sure if the attachment will help? His birth was put down as Mussy Gurn or Massy Garn in Argoed (Bedwelty) however Google shows no results of that location.

Argoed is on the right edge about halfway up.

Added: Looked on Google Maps - Street View and looks to be still there, but no property name visible. Its position to the road and another property, I feel it is the right property.

The 1901 with father Richard also has a son Edgar who was Olivers twin

The Oliver who's father is Richard died in 1969.  It isnt the same Oliver.

I have ordered the marriage certificate so it's a waiting game now. 🙂

There is no Oliver Jones death in either 1962 or 1969 with a birthyear of 1891.  The nearest is a David Oliver Jones born 11.5.1890 died 1969 in Wiltshire.  He was b Pontypridd June qtr 1890

The Oliver Jones you referred to with Richard as a father earlier on in your replies died in 1969. His birth date was 1892.

If you have found one - please post full details as there is none with an 1892 birthyear either.  The 1890 is the closest

There are 12 Jones deaths in 1969 which have Oliver as either the main or middle name.  Only 2 of the 12 are just Oliver.  One born 1896 and the other 1908

You previously gave 1962 as the death year - only 3 entries and all had middle names
