Can you tell us who is being baptised, when and where?  The snippet you have provided is not very clear.

It is the baptism for Daniel Foley which gives his birth date 4 September 1880 and baptism date 20 September 1880 and names his parents as Joannis & Elizabeth (nee Barry) Foley

Catholic baptisms often Latinise first names

It's not really any better the image isn't sharp enough.  I'll tell you what I think I can see.

The dates appear to be 14 to 22 September, year I think is 1880 but not sure about that.

I can see David  Foley and Elizabeth Foley,  Joannis, then the name Barry.  After that I can read Joanne something, something Clarke, then Joannes Connell? and somebody Murphy?

Johannes is the latin version of John.  Johanna is the latin version of Joanna.

You haven't said where the baptism took place nor what date it was.

I would imagine the names at the bottom are godparents.  See below for responsibilities

Traditionally, godparents were responsible for ensuring a child's religious education and had the duty of looking after them if they were orphaned. Today it has come to mean an individual who is chosen by the parents to take a well-meaning interest in the overall development of their child.
