Does anyone think they know why ellen Gorrel put her fathers name as George Gordon on her second birth certificate? Perhaps it was accent?

I can only find one birth for an Ellen/Mary/Helena Gorrell....and it’s 1842 in Monmouthshire, Wales. With a father George Gorrell, but he wasn’t a shoe maker he was a Saddler

I believe this George *GURRELL* Married HELLEN FOXALL. 1841 Blaenavon Wales....

A long shot is all it is :/
