Hallworth Family
« on: Thursday 07 May 20 10:47 BST (UK) »
Good morning everyone, I'm new here.  I'm currently researching my family tree and the Hallworth Family are a part of my ancestry. It's Lucy Ann Hallworth that is my Great, Great, Grandma.

My husband seems to recall that a shooting took place sometime in the late 50's early to mid 60's around the Yew Tree Farm.   I haven't as of yet managed to find anything on the internet to confirm this. As gruesome as this is, I would, if possible be interested to hear from anyone who knew/knows anything about this, or anyone who is a possible family member, as distant as it is.

Kind regards
Stay safe
Lorraine

Welcome from me too Lorraine.

Freebmd has births for two Lucy Ann Hallworths, one in 1856 and another in 1884:

As you didn't mention dates or places, or if Hallworth was her maiden or married surname, I don't know if either of the above are your Lucy.

Do you have Lucy on any census hopefully with her family?
