She is a widow in 1851.  There are 15 Elizabeth Jones marriages & 15 deaths in the Madeley RD which is where she was living in 1851.

Use GRO online to check the ages of those deaths.

Check the 1861 census for Shropshire for any Elizabeth born Montgomery matching her birthyear then check the surname against the spouse names on the 15 marriages

When you check on freebmd use Madeley RD as that is the RD she was living in on the 1851 entry - see my earlier reply
