Robert Jull

I hope someone can help me with a puzzle here. My ancestor Robert Jull was married to a woman named Anne in 1626 and they had several children all christened in Chilham starting in 1630.

There appear to be two marriages with the same date but in different parishes, and with different surnames for Anne

Robert Jull and Anne Loude married 13 June 1626 at Bishopsbourne, Kent
Robert Jull and Anne Ladde married 13 June 1626 at Bishopsbourne, Kent

Is anyone able to double check this marriage and see what Anne's surname is or if there is an error here?

Also is anyone able to check for a christening for Robert in the area [probably in the 1590s or early 1600s]?

Findmypast has the original parish register that you can view if you have access to their site. They have transcribed her surname as Laule. Looking at it it reads L a letter that could be an a or o then ude.

There is also a tree online which again shows Anne's surname as "Loude"

That shows Robert as being born in 1603 in Chilham but gives no exact date of birth or christening. It would certainly fit with the date of Robert.

Hi

I don't have access to Findmypast at the moment due to the libraries been closed at the moment. Thinking of joining it though.

I've managed to see a tree online at FamilySearch which also has Anne's surname as "Loude" so that would see to be more likely.
