Fraser family

 :) Hi can you help :) I have a Baptism record 1816 Lochbroom
" Murdo Fraser Glen William" this is the entry, I have taken  Murdo is the son and William Fraser the father. would I be right?

If that's all it says, it could be that Murdo Fraser had a son, William, Glen being Murdo's address. What do the other baptisms on the page look like? That should give you an idea if it's father's name, address, name of child.

Hi GR2.  The page is a list of Baptisms with no headings all entries are in the same format.
 downloaded from SP, as the record was a list of Baptisms, I was thinking the first name was the child's name.

SP indexes it as William, son of Murdo.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
