is it possible find out whos living at 1 rosemont rouge rue st hellier 1909 i have postcard has mrs ball on it ive looked at ball 1911 cant find any living that adress

I can’t see 1, Rouge Rue in 1911 - just by searching. No 2 and 3 are to be found.
I am assuming that Rosemont is the name of the house 
There is this:

3 Victoria Terrace
Alfred Ball 30 yrs Coachman
Angeline 26 yrs dressmaker

1 Rouge Rue is on the same page with a family called Filleul.

In 1911 Angeline Ball is a widow living elsewhere in St Helier
