Saving a file on an Ipad

We've been lent an Ipad for the duration of these weird times. (our laptop mic is broken, and we use the Ipad for Zoom sessions)

I've figured out Zoom, the Internet etc on the Ipad, but how do I save a file? (OH is trying to use AUDACITY to record himself)

Any help gratefully accepted
