Trying to locate Edward Thomas SCOWCROFT who seems to have migrated to New York. 

Edward's birth was registered in the 3rd quarter 1839 at Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales.

His parents are said to be William Bowen SCOWCROFT and Mary Anne THOMAS. It is said he married Elizabeth COLEGATE [year unknown] and his children are said to be:
Louis Charles b abt 1866
William James about 1868
Elizabeth C abt 1877
Edward J about 1880.

Hoping for some assistance to locate the family.
