Paklin name
« on: Thursday 21 May 20 12:48 BST (UK) »
I have an Elizabeth 'PAKLIN'  married to Thomas Nichols    ----- and can find nothing for her apart from her marriage to Thomas.

This was in Gumley Leics 1752 / 3 although a son born to them 1746???  so this lot is a bit of a pickle..

I am tidying up loose ends and uncompleted branches..

Have never found a . n ... other Paklin..?!  so unsure about this link.

Looking at the full page the Minister only seems to add flourishes to his d's.  That does not look like his other capital P's and is there another letter after Elizabeth

Could it be  B?aklin

Yes there is something after Elizabeth  --

I wondered if it was an initial.  I can't see anything to compare it with though and I have tried searching *Acklin

Oh dear Xin, how annoying it is  ;D

It is worth researching Waklin but I don't think that it is what it says, the other W's are not the same.

The nearest I came to it was an N in Bridgit Newell burial in 1785 but that does not have a squiggle  at the start of the letter
