A possiblity?

Marriage
George Jones
Sarah Ann Faulkner
Dec 1889 Bradford
George Alfred Jones died 1904 Bradford
(his full name from 1901 census)
The 1889 marriage image is on Ancestry. she claims to be 18.

Father Peter which matches 1891 when George &  Sarah Ann are with
her parents Peter & Margaret and in 1901 Peter & Margaret have granddaughter Margaret Jones ( which matches 1911 info)

Does this match anything you have?

1891c
Peter   Faulkner   Head   Married   1843   Umbrella Maker   Liverpool
Margaret   Faulkner   Wife           1845   -   Liverpool
Sarah Ann   Jones   Daughter   Married   1873   Shop Woman   Huddersfield, Yorkshire
George   Jones   Son In Law Married.   1869   Umbrella Maker   Liverpool

Where is Sarah Ann Faulkner in 1881?

The Sarah Ann with Peter & Margaret Faulkner has surname Filingham  (it’s dittoed) ???

11, White Abbey Road, Bradford, Yorkshire & Yorkshire (West Riding),
Peter   Faulkner   Head   Married                   1846   Umbrella Maker   Manchester, Lancashire
Margaret   Faulkner   Wife   Married           1848   -   Liverpool, Lancashire
Catherine   Faulkner   Boarder   Widow.      1808   Weaver (Wool)   Liverpool, Lancashire
John   Filingham   Boarder   Widower           1850   Umbrella Maker   Liverpool, Lancashire
Sarah Ann   Filingham   Boarder   Single   1873   -   Huddersfield, Yorkshire

Sarah A Fillingham b c1884, Looking for mother's birth and subsequent marriage
« Reply #11 on: Wednesday 27 May 20 09:52 BST (UK) »
Thanks to all the good responses from various Rootschat members, I have since been able to make considerable progress with Sarah Ann Jones (nee Fillingham) and her back story but certain info seems to ellude me. Namely her mother's birth and that of her Marriage to John Fillingham b c1858 Liverpool, the union of which I presume resulted in the birth of Sarah Ann. John was widowed by 1881 when Sarah was 8 years old yet I cannot find ref to Sarah's birth c1874 other than one in Reg Dist Radford Notts which gives no Mmn neither can I find an obvious ref for the death of her mother! Sarah was brought up by Peter and Margaret Faulkner(Nee Fillingham) and Sarah married George Alfred Jones under the Faulkner name in 1889 Bradford. I am presuming that Margaret and John were sibblings. Peter and Margaret as far as I can see had no children of their own. There was one ref I picked up to a possible marriage for John (Margaret Thorpe Sep 1870 ) His father's Christian name is given as Charles where as Margaret's father in her marriage to Peter is George so I dont think this can be the right one. With this extra info I am hoping someone can help because at the moment I seem to be going round in circles! Regards. Robin.

Sarah married George Alfred Jones under the Faulkner name in 1889 Bradford.

Peter and Margaret as far as I can see had no children of their own.

Margaret's father in her marriage to Peter is George

From marriage cert. Margaret's father is THOMAS and Peter's father is GEORGE

Father Thomas Fillingam, occupation Potter

Peter Falkner  age 22, Wood Turner, Rose Place

Thankyou very much for correcting me Ladyhawk, of course you are correct, I made an error in stating that Margaret's father was George, it is as you rightly say is Thomas! Regards. Robin.

That's ok Robin it happens  :)

I've been looking to see if I could find a Margaret & John Filingham together on census with a father named Thomas there's a 1851 census entry surname FILLIGAN father's occupation is a HAWKER  :-\ (see below)
Can't say if this couple are the same Thomas & Ann that married in 1841

1851 Comus Place, Liverpool, Lancashire
Thomas   Filligan   Head   1816   England N.K occ Hawker
Ann   Filligan   Wife                   1821   England N.K
Margaret   Filligan   Daughter   1842   England N.K
John   Filligan   Son                   1844   Liverpool
Elizabeth   Filligan   Daughter   1851   Liverpool
HO107 2185 f 473  Page   18

From the marriage cert. for Margaret Fillingham do you read her father Thomas' occupation as POTTER of PORTER?

The reason I ask is I've found a Fillingham/Allen marriage and Thomas' occupation is a POTTER

29 Nov 1841 St Peter, Liverpool, Lancashire
Thomas FILLINGHAM  full, single, Potter, Bachelor, Ben Jonson Street
Ann ALLEN full, single  full, Spinster, Ben Jonson Street
Witness: James Holland, Jane Hanlon
All persons made their mark (x)
No father’s named entered for either bride or groom

Thomas & Ann Fillingham appear together on 1841 census (census taken on night of 6 June)

1841c Ben Johnson Street, Liverpool, Lancashire
William Naylor   1814   Brewer
Alice   Naylor   1813
THOMAS   Fillingham   1821   occ Labr’
ANN   Fillingham   1821   Ind.

Have found these birth entries with mmn Allen

Henry FILLINGHAM mmn ALLEN
1846  M Quarter in LIVERPOOL  Volume 20  Page 459

Elizabeth FILLINGHAM mmn ALLEN
1851  M Quarter in LIVERPOOL  Volume 20  Page 369

Mary FILLINGHAM mmn ALLEN
1851  M Quarter in LIVERPOOL  Volume 20  Page 369

have NOT found Thomas, Ann, Henry, Elizabeth or Mary FILLINGHAM on 1851 census
nor have I been able to find a birth for a
Margaret & John FILLINGHAM with mmn ALLEN  ???

Thomas was widowed by 1861 and it looks as if wife Ann died in 1854

1861c Lodging House, 40, Ben Jonson Street, Liverpool, Lancashire
Thomas Fillingham   Lodger   Widower   1821   Prescot, Lancashire occ Cotton Porter
RG09 Piece 2695 Folio 23 Page 40

GRO index has this entry a possible death of his wife Ann

Ann FILLINGHAM   age 33
1854  M Quarter in LIVERPOOL  Volume 08B  Page 241

but her burial gives her age as 23  ???

Ann Fillingham age 23
Burial 03 Mar 1854 Liverpool, St Martin-In-The-Fields
Denomination   Church Of England
Diocese   Liverpool
Residence   Ben jonson St
Archive   Liverpool Record Office
