That's great info about William. I could not find many relevant records to him.

The children I know of that HAVE NOT been mentioned:

JESSIE HUGHES, b. abt 1857 (I have only found her on the 1861 census return for the family). I can not find anything else about her.

There’s no Jessie in the family in 1861. The 4 yr old daughter is Fanny (as found before).

RG9/2622/37/26.

That must be who the 'Jessie' is.

That must be who the 'Jessie' is.

Though the transcript on FindMyPast says 'Jessie' if you look at the image it does say Fanny.
Its always advisable to check the image rather than take the transcription (any transcription) as gospel. If its not clear or you are unsure, asking in Rootschat will usually clarify.

Transcription error report sent to FindMyPast, for them to review and correct the transcript.

Afternoon,

Yes, I usually check the original image but, sometimes, I neglect this!

Thank you for reporting the error to FindMyPast.

Every best wish

and FindMyPast have now reviewed the error report and she's down in the transcript as Fanny :-)

I do like their error report system, they take action quite quickly to review and amend where needed.
