Help finding a tracking marriage record for Elsie May Hunt and Coleman

Following the helpful advice from a previous post I’ve consulted my Uncle's will and his second wife was Elsie May Jackson.  My Uncle, John Simpson Jackson (DOB 9/5/1908  Died.  26.1.1980), married Elsie May Coleman (DOB 2/5/1911 Died Q3 1989) in Q3 1968 (Bristol 7d p537).

I can’t find an Elsie May Coleman with this birth date and so I’m assuming she was married before.  I think Elsie was born Elsie May Oxer  and the 1939 registry (for Spilsby Lincolnshire) shows her working as hairdresser which fits the family narrative. The register has been updated showing her as married to a Hunt.

I’ve found a marriage record of Elsie M Oxer and Frank Hunt in Spilsby Lincolnshire in Q3 1941.. but I can’t find a marriage record for Elsie May Hunt and Coleman. Can you please help?

I’ve give all the details in case I’ve made the wrong assumptions, or missed a vital record.

But wrong year of birth for that Elsie? It looks like it was in 1910

This is perhaps where I am getting confused as the 1939 register for Spilsby Lincolnshire (Schedule 127, Sub Schedule ,  Enumeration District TNR1)  gives DOB as 2/5/11 which is the same birth date for Elsie May Jackson given on the death index register.

Do you have the marriage cert for Jackson and Coleman?  If not you may wish to consider getting it to see what age is given for Elsie and the name of her father.
