There is always the possibility that they didn't actually marry but lived as a married couple.  Alternatively they met somewhere on Winifred's travels after 1965 and married there.  She seems to have been a well travelled lady.

Any family members who may have known about any marriage are probably long dead.

Anyway I am happy with what has been discovered.  Seems like Albert died before his housekeeper who was my grandmother Bessie England, when he was the vicar of Bitton, Glos.

Here's a snippet from another obit for Albert Jenkins that indicates he came to Ft Worth in 1970.

....." The Rev Albert Jenkins C F a retired Episcopal priest who served as an army chaplain and missionary for many years before coming to Fort Worth in 1970 died Monday in a hospital here The Rev Mr Jenkins 65 of 700 9th Ave was a native of South Wales England"......
