Looking for the family of Joseph Hall and Mary Valentine brown
« on: Wednesday 27 May 20 05:58 BST (UK) »
I am looking for the descendents of Joseph Hall baptised 5 April, 1845 in Denby Derbyshire, England who married a Mary Valentine Brown born 14 February 1843 (possibly in Derbyshire).

Joseph was a coal miner in Denby and migrated to Pennsylvania, USA.  He died 5 May 1888 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania and his wife Mary Valentine 2 October 1912 in Rostraver, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.

They had a large family.  I am particularly interested in one of their children William Hall born 1869 also in Westmoreland County.   I have lost the line of descent from there in terms of who William married.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks, marp

Going back to the parents Joseph Hall 5 April 1845 - 5 May 1888.
His wife Mary (14 February 1843-2 October 1912) on the 1900 census states she emigrated 1845, so she would have been 2 years old so the marriage has to be in Pennsylvania circa 1864.

According to her death certificate her parents are William Brown and Eliza Parkin
