Yes Viktoria, skys are blue, less pollution, less traffic but I can't see it lasting  once we are told" back to normal" can't ever see it back as it was though.
Something I have never noticed before, a robin sits on  next doors clothes line singing , beautiful, it looked very much  a like a robin although it was high up on the post,  difficult to see clearly, lots of birds about that I have never seen before , bird life seems to be happy.
Although I want to get back to near normal I think we all ought to be sensible, but what do I know

Louisa Maud, I'd say you know a darn sight more than some of those people who are paid a lot of money to know.

I'd never seen a robin outside of winter until this year, it didn't occur to me that it could be because of the environmental changes during the lockdown. One appeared several times in my garden and I saw one in the woods. A welcome sight. I've seen a couple of greenfinches drinking from my birdbath quite regularly, I think they've been nesting in the very large laurel bush in a neighbour's garden. Love to see them reaching down for a drink.  :)

They are active at dawn and dusk. They can see in low light better than most birds because of their prominent eyes. They are the early bird which catches the worm.

Last night one of my neighbours was talking to a man in the street who doesn't live round here, another man who I've never seen before came across and hugged the other guy. Words fail me....... Yes, he could have been his dad but I really don't think so.

Nae hugging in Scotland. Nicola Sturgeon reminded us today.
