Does anyone recognise this property in Pulborough possibly Pythingdean?

Could anyone help me to identify this property that I believe is (was) in Pulborough possibly Pythingdean?

The first photograph is labelled "front" and the second one "back" on the reverse.  I am particularly interested in who lived there in 1932, I think they were called Peggy and Fred.

Any help would be mush appreciated.
