The Jones.

In 1911 at 86 Everton Brow Liverpool
Married 18 years, 4 children born alive 1 still living. (1893) These details only apply to this marriage, John Lowe Jones had a daughter  from his first marriage , whose mother died shortly after her birth,  this child was brought up by her grandmother and Aunt.

John Lowe Jones 46 b Denbigh,  Denbighshire b 1865
Scripture reader of the Liverpool Church of England Scripture reading society
Clara Maud Jones 45 b Liverpool nee Hindle.
Charles Arthur Jones son 17 junior clerk  b Liverpool
* Bertie Jones adopted son 7 b Liverpool.

Family letter states that Bertie was brought up by Clara M Jones,  but Minnie was believed to be the sister of John Lowe Jones.
Looking back and trying to find Minnie as a sister isn`t getting me far.
The only one unaccounted for is Jane Elizabeth Jones.

As I have written earlier, I think that Minnie Rosier‘s child - you have the birth and baptism details was raised by her aunt Clara Maud (Hindle) Jones.
Clara Maud being the sister of Minnie’s  mother Alice. Alice (Hindle) Evans was widowed when she married Robert Rosier.

Yes Thanks Carole, I used your post as the starting point and mentioned the ‘coincidence’ between Minnie Rosier going to Canada and Minnie, the mother of the child.

Interesting side bit there is a Divorce for Robert/Alice in 1897
John remarried 1899 to Ann Foster (FreeBMD)

Familysearch has a 1920 Canadian Passenger List for them.
Also a 1907 one

This is amazing,  thanks a lot, Bertie didn't know until he was an adult that he was adopted,  it's his son, that I'm trying to help. He will be really pleased if we can work it out. 🙂
