Interesting side bit there is a Divorce for Robert/Alice in 1897
John remarried 1899 to Ann Foster (FreeBMD)

Familysearch has a 1920 Canadian Passenger List for them.
Also a 1907 one

I found that after , but disappointed there was just the one page, no juicy details  ;D

Name:    Robert Rosie rRecord Type:    Divorce
Type:    Wife's petition Petition Date:    1896 Spouse:    Alice Rosier

Is it this one, just this minute found it, the other was dated 1897.
I`m only up to 1891 when Robert is on his own.
But think I have Minnie  aged 15 in 1901 with a Lucy family.

It`s all a bit complicated, but getting there slowly.

Next task is still to find Thomas  Hatfield . This looks like him in 1896.

Third column from left, half way down. Just above Royal Hotel 1897

We have him in Rhyl  visiting in 1901 but  not found yet in 1911.
I`ve searched military records but only found that one record, and no indication of his age on that.
