 Can someone have a look to see if there is an obit for William Stanley Forrest who died in the Detroit area 22 Apr 1937. If there is one I am hoping it mentions step children who I am having a problem with.

The Helen Cayton listed in the 1940 with Maude as a lodger appears to be her daughter? The name, age & POB matches the info on Petition for Naturalization.

This would be Maude & her daughter Helen in the 1920 census.

The 1940 census is interesting in that Helen Cayton was born Graham and would have been 16 when Arleen was born 1934. I can see no marriage to a Cayton using either Helen Graham or Helen Forrest at least in Michigan.
