How to find someone in New York?
« on: Sunday 31 May 20 03:04 BST (UK) »
Among my old family history papers I have discovered some letters from a lady who lived in England in 1990 who then moved to Fort Fairfield, Maine in 1991 and at some time to Tillson in New York and may be at Saugerties in New York.  Are there any online sites that would help me discover this lady's current address?
I would love to be able to write to her and tell her that yes, we are related and I have been able to prove this through DNA.  Back in 1991 we had no way to connect our two families and over the years have lost touch with each other.
Many thanks,
Kessa

Yes, I have tried the white pages but the lady in Saugerties only comes up in premium white pages that I haven't got access to.
Thanks

I can find her on these but I still can't dig deep enough to get her address.
Thanks

You could try this:  https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2199956  Some of the addresses are out of date, but you might get lucky.

I would also try looking for her or any younger relatives on social media.  Or see if a Google search brings up an e-mail address.
