I'm search PRONI and not finding a marriage record for WJ McComb and Eliza McDowell between 1878 and 1881??

Any ideas?

Unadministered means the estate wasn't sorted out fully.

William McDowell married 1863 Eliza Bean (age 18)-

Strange that WJ McComb second wife was an  Agnes Bean (Bains)

British Newspaper Archives -- paid site, but after you register, you get three pages for free.  Just put "Eliza M'Combe" into the search bar.  I'm trying to register but am hung up waiting for confirmation email.

Signed up for the newspaper report and found  good information from findmypast.

Not finding any marriage records for William John and Eliza McDowell (nee Bean).

Have searched Irish genealogy,  PRONI, ROOTS Ireland and Scottish people
