Yeah sorry just noticed your posts, i have been typing all the names into my tree and looking at the same time on family search for other census. I found George in 1881 boarding with a Giles family.

I have to get that birth certificate now because I believe her mother was probably one of those three girls. Alan

Perhaps either Sarah Ann or Alice as Martha was only 14 on 1901 census - please come back and let us know

I wonder if Elsie might be Sarah’s daughter it looks as if Sarah died in 1904 and that could be why
Elsie was living with Sarah & Oliver in 1911

Sarah Ann Ridgway Age 24 (1880) died at The General Hospital
Burial date   09 Jan 1904
Denomination   Anglican

I now think I have found Sarah's birth Dec qtr 1847 Mansfield 15 452. mmn Holmes.

The only one that fitted for a death was 1914 aged 67 Nuneaton. So that Edwin Clowes is still a mystery.

I did realise Martha would be only 14 so I thought it could have happened, but that death is better Idea.

Martha married in 1909 by the look of it to a William. I did look that up earlier wondering if it might have been an Arthur. I do think the Arthur was made up now though because there isn't one dieing between 1900 and 1924.
