I wonder how a marriage record from Yourbourg (Russia) (now Jurbarkas, Lithuania) can be found & translated: 16 Aug 1910 Charles S. Beiman (Bemant, Bayman, probably Jewish) x Juliette Wallaert (R. Catholic). Thanks!

Never mind, I found it out myself, easy: just contact the Lithuanian State historical Archives (www.archyvai.lt)
