Where is Robertspencetown?

Relying on someone with local knowledge of the Raphoe area -- 2 of the parties in this deed were Colhouns from Glenmaquin. The other Pat Colhoun was from Robertspencetown. I would imagine it is in the Raphoe area.

Colhoun & Orr to Boyd 11 May 1773
Mem of a deed of sale dated 6 May 1773 & made between Wm Colhoun & Thomas Colhoun of Glenmaqueen & Pat Colhoun of Robertspencetown all in Co Donegal – to sell to said Wm Boyd

Any ideas?

There was a Rev Robert Spence in Castlefin in 1831. Could an area be known by the name of a strong Rev!
