F M P did not record her surname, which is why I could not see her, looks like arrived in 1911.

i have been contacted by a friend in Canada who has confirmed our investigations that Lily went to Canada. She arrived in 1911 and did marry there, had children, and died  there. One of the children, a little boy, died in 1918 during the Spanish Flu pandemic. She has sent me copies of certs!
Thank you all for all your help, David

Looking for more info on John Mcclean Malloy (Milloy) the husband to Lilly. He too went to Canada & they married in 1912 in Toronto. The docs I have state he was born on 4th Oct 1884 in Rothesay son of Andrew Malloy & Sarah Macclean but I have not found any birth records. He  died in Canada on 4th August 1956 . Thankn You  David

Marriage of parents?

from Scotlandspeople

Andrew Milloy   Sarah McLean  1884  644/9 163   Kelvin

Kelvin to Rothesay looks about 50 miles as the crow flies - there is a ferry to negotiate also.

Added:
There is an Andrew Milloy born in Rothesay in 1886.

There is an Andrew (31) and Sarah Milloy (29) in 1891 Canadian census in Ontario with sons John (9) and Andrew (4).

If John is 9, then born 1881/1882, which is before that marriage.

Andrew as 4 would be born 1886/1887, which fits with birth.

Did try and find census 1881, 1891 & 1911 but no joy.
Not sure John went to Canada, same year as Lily..?
Did they know each other before? Although Rothesay a long way from Aberdeen...or met on the ship?
Thanks for your help? David
