Where was Francoise Helen MOSS born?

Francoise Helen Moss appears on the Electoral Registers in 1929, 1930, 1931, 1932 ,1933, 1935, 1938 with Ada ( Hannah ) Marginson. They are also on the 1939 Register together. In 1927 Francoise is at Ingleside  Budleigh Salterton , which is the home of Ada Marginson.  Ada Hannah Marginson of 21 Victoria Place Budleigh Salterton died 25 Jun 1941 at Deepway Exminster . Probate Manchester Mar 2 to Francoise Helen Franks. There appears to be a connection between the two women but I cannot confirm what it is.

Ada Hannah Marginson is the daughter of Thomas Booth Marginson and Margaret Yates. The family has a servant , Florence J Kirk. See 1901  RG13; Piece: 3631; Folio: 6; Page: 3. Florence J Kirk married William Moss 1907 Nantwich. Ada Marginson also has a servant , Nellie Moss , in 1911
 RG14; Piece: 23433.

I'm not sure about this but the name Moss keeps cropping up - worth delving into I think.

William Moss appears to be Nelly/Nellie's uncle = she's in the same household in Coppenhall in 1901 (next door to the Kirk family)

Thank you very much everyone... Ive been quite overwhelmed by the amount  of information you have supplied!... as a beginner, it may take me a while to investigate it all.
 Rest assured I will let you know if I get to the bottom of this mystery.
Meanwhile if anyone finds her birth records before me I shall be grateful to hear from you.

Well folks, a week later & I am still struggling..i have looked at all the info you have kindly provided ( really wanted Francoise Helen Moss to be Nelly with a change of name) but I don't think she is....Oh well sadly I think I shall have to admit defeat here.. for the time being at least.
