Hi

I'm trying to attach a PDF of a census with a query but it appears to be too large. How can I get round this please.

You either need to crop it, just the bit you need us to look at or give us the census details including reference so we can look it up.
Census information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

If you are using Windows, use the Snipping Tool to generate an image of just the area of interest.

In any case, you shouldn't be loading a whole census page, as the census is subject to copyright laws.


Census Reference is Class Code, Piece No, Folio No and Page No.
Class Code will be HO107 for 1841 and 1851; RG09 for 1861; RG10 for 1871; etc.
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)
