I got the marriage certificate today, cant believe how quick it came.
Sarah's father is indeed listed as Arthur Timmins.
It says they were living in 2 separate houses at time of marriage though even though they had 2 kids already.
Patricks father was Dan Murray (deceased)

I found a possible birth for Kate Murray born in England from the census, it says Stockport 15 Aug 1894, but the parents are patrick and Sarah Murray but we know they didnt get married until 4 years later.

At the time of the earlier children's birth's there is the possibility that Partick was a soldier, soldier's around that era needed permission to marry also noted
that in 1901 that Sarah was a barrack servant.
