Whatever they have done - I don't like it.  I delete old messages on a regular basis but when I accessed that section 3 days ago - I have messages going back to 2013??

I finally found how to delete the ones I had sent - "hover" the mouse at the side - but I can't find how to delete the ones I have received.  There is no obvious menu with a delete option.

I preferred it the way it was...

Why change it if it isn't broke??

Romilly.

Your messages under the new system are in a chat format which makes it easier to read the flow of dialogue with an individual correspondent. You no longer need in and out boxes as both sides are together.

But how do I delete the old messages which have suddenly reappeared from 2013?  I can delete my replies but cannot fathom how to delete the messages from others

Not a success from my standpoint either.

The view they gave me was of a lengthy conversation, completely ignoring two newer (and more interesting) incoming messages.
Looking at ALSTON in south Ribble area, ALSTEAD and DONBAVAND/DUNBABIN etc. everywhere, HOWCROFT and MARSH in Bolton and Westhoughton, PICKERING in the Whitehaven area.

Just putting a note on here,as I have the same problem as Carole, and my mails go back to 2009.
Hopefully someone clever will come along and tell us how to delete all the old stuff  ;D

Carol
